Golden Country (1969 Dodge Charger Painting)

Here's my latest painting set on the Alberta Plains. It's a 1969 Dodge Charger reflecting the golden sunset that it sits amongst. Theres nothing quite like taking a powerful 60s muscle car, and ripping it down country roads where the population is 20.5 per square mile, and the tallest building is an old grain elevator and a couple of silos. Nothing but you, your car, and the setting sun upon amber waves of grain. This painting is influenced heavily by the landscape present east of Calgary, an area that many may find a snooze fest because of its flatness, but to me it's an area of beauty, and open roads.
